Our Onboarding Process

To ensure a smooth handover, we apply the following steps:

  • 1. Initial Assessment
    We begin by appointing a senior member of our team to perform a detailed inspection of the development to establish condition, priorities and service requirements.
  • 2. Appointment & Introduction
    We create a handover checklist, agree a timeline, introduce your new property-management team, and demonstrate our systems, reporting tools and communication channels.
  • 3. Contract & Documentation Pack
    We prepare a contract that includes outputs from resident interviews, a schedule of condition, service-level agreements and long-term asset considerations.
  • 4. Resident & Director Communication
    We send an introduction letter, verify contacts, agree preferred communication channels and establish early-stage timelines within the first few weeks of handover. We organise a resident meeting if required, either in person or virtual.
  • 5. Handover & Systems Setup
    We arrange for the transfer of required documentation, set up resident and Director portals, and ensure you have access to clear reporting and communication tools.
  • 6. First-Year Review
    At the end of the first year, we conduct a structured review with the Directors and property managers to assess service delivery, resident feedback and budget performance.
  • 7. Due-Diligence & Supplier Onboarding
    We undertake detailed due-diligence on service-charge budgets, health-and-safety obligations and contractor qualifications before finalising agreements.
