Richard Benson, Managing Director of Altus PM was appointed a director of ARMA in 2017 and provided support and strategic insight during the creation of The Property Institute (TPI) for the merger of IRPM and ARMA in January 2022. Richard remained as chair of finance and is now a TPI executive committee member of the board, bringing with him almost 10 years’ service to this professional institution. Richard holds the TPI fellowship accreditation and is a strong advocate of maintaining the highest standards in the industry.
