Purpose
With this notice, we aim to provide you with information on the type of cookies that we use on our website and the purpose for which they are used by Altus PM.
What are cookies?
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of data, collected by your web browser, which are downloaded and stored to your device when you visit a website. Software on your device, for example a web browser, stores the cookies and sends them back to a website. Cookies and other tags collect information and data about your device and your preferences. This information is provided to the owners of the site. If your consent is given to non-essential cookies, Altus PM may use this data to improve your experience of the Altus PM website.
What cookies are used by Altus PM?
Respective of the cookie technology that we use on our website for which we are responsible for, this is Essential cookies and Analytics cookies.
Essential Cookies:
Essential cookies are used to operate the core functions of our website and to ensure basic web navigation. This is automatically applied. You may not opt-out from Essential cookies. We do not require your consent to use these cookies. Where ‘personal data’ is processed, using these Essential cookies, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interests to provide a website for visitors to use and to promote our business.
Analytics Cookies:
Analytics cookies and other tracking technologies (such as pixels and google tag manager) aid Altus PM to understand how visitors utilise and navigate our website. This data is used to help us to enhance the user experience, by personalising the content that you view, and to make adaptions to our website. Rejecting these cookies prevents us from collecting such data. The performance of our site will not be affected. Should you consent to Analytics cookies you will always have the choice to opt-out at any time. We will only set these types of cookies where you have provided us with your consent to do so. Where we process your ‘personal data’ using these types of cookies, we do so on the basis of that consent.
HubSpot Analytics and Enquiries
We use HubSpot as part of Vegner Group’s shared customer relationship management and website analytics setup. With your consent to analytics cookies, it helps us understand website visits and how people find and use our website.
HubSpot can associate browsing activity with contact details you provide through an enquiry form, helping us understand the source of an enquiry and manage our response.
HubSpot analytics cookies may include:
- __hstc: records visits and session information; expires after six months.
- hubspotutk: identifies a browser and helps match form submissions to contact records; expires after six months.
- __hssc: tracks the current session; expires after 30 minutes.
- __hssrc: identifies a new browser session; expires when the session ends.
These are non-essential analytics cookies. You can accept or reject them through our cookie consent controls. Further details are available in HubSpot’s cookie information and HubSpot’s Privacy Policy.
Where ‘personal data’ is processed by cookies mentioned, Altus PM is the ‘data controller’ of that information. For more detail, please see our Privacy Policy.
Managing Your Cookie Choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and change your choice later using the website’s cookie preferences control. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent to non-essential cookies. Declining analytics cookies does not prevent you from browsing the website or contacting us.
You can also delete existing cookies or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website work. Withdrawing cookie consent does not withdraw an enquiry you have already submitted or delete information already held about it; please see our Privacy Policy for details of your data protection rights.
